Residents of Nowhere

What is this place? where am I? why am I here? These are the questions going through the mind of this character. He is looking for answers and he sits in the lobby and discusses with other guests in order to try to get the answers he is looking for. As the conversations go on, it soon becomes clear that he is somewhere between life and death. All guests will eventually come through the realization of their lives.

Residents of Nowhere is directed by the award-winning Shahab Hosseini who won the best actor award of Cannes Film Festival for his performance in Asghar Farhadi's film. The film is nominated in Montreal Independent Film Festival in the Sci-Fi Category. "Residents of Nowhere" is inspired by the great book written by Eric Emmanuel Schmitt called "Between Worlds".
