Oasis

In a world where facing an enemy, as well as a friend, can be fatal, Via, a young woman, tries to survive. Her perception will be challenged when she meets Galin, a mysterious wanderer surprisingly welcoming. With him, she will be confronted with the abyss of human nature.

William Cardinal is the director of Oasis, as well as the soundtrack composer, film editor and main special effect supervisor. He directs movies from as far as he remembers. From improvised short-films to a production like Oasis, involving more than 50 people, he has one desire: tell stories while pushing his limits. It is important for him to relate on social issues in every piece of work he does. Former student of Arts, Letters, and Communication at John Abbott College, he is now studying at NAD UQAC in visual effects.
